Dr. Patrick Benhaim is a Physiatrist and the Founder of Clinique DouleurMD, an advanced multidisciplinary pain management center located in Montreal. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Benhaim specializes in interventional spine care, musculoskeletal medicine, and orthobiologic regenerative therapies.

He holds an FRCPC from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and completed two fellowships in Pain Medicine—one at the University of Montreal and another at the prestigious University of Sydney under Professor Michael Cousins.

Dr. Benhaim is one of only six physicians in Quebec to hold the Royal College’s new Pain Medicine subspecialty designation. He has performed more than 20,000 fluoroscopically guided procedures and is one of the few Quebec physicians practicing intra-articular and intra-discal PRP injections.

A respected educator and clinician, he serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Université de Montréal, Co-Director of the Pain Clinic at the Institut Universitaire de Gériatrie de Montréal, and sits on both the Residency Program Committee in Pain Medicine and the Board of the Société Québécoise de la Douleur. He is also an active member of the RQRD (Réseau Québécois de Recherche sur la Douleur).

Dr. Benhaim is a frequent national and international speaker and a member of several leading organizations including TOBI, the American Academy of Pain Medicine, the Spine Intervention Society, and the American Interventional Headache Society.
